1st floor room comprises bedroom, small lobby area and bathroom with bath + shower over. A small single bed is available in this room for an additional charge if required.
No smoking in the house although guests can smoke inthe garden. Children and babies welcome in upstairs room but sorry no pets.
Rates - £56-65 double occupancy, £35-40 single occupancy. Payment by cash or PayPal only.
